Adult Classes
Descriptions for each of our adult aerial & fitness classes:
Level Up
Looking for a fun, supportive way to move your body and feel strong?
Try our Level Up aerial workout! It’s a great way to shake up your routine and build real strength on the ground and in the air.

Each week has a different focus, with a mix of core work, aerial yoga, cardio, stretching, resistance training, and strength-building exercises.
You’ll train on both the mat and the aerial apparatus, learning the basics of aerial while building strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence.

No experience needed! Show up as you are, open to all levels, all bodies, ages 13 and up - beginner, intermediate, & advanced students welcome.

Intro to Aerial Arts
This Intro to Aerial Arts class is designed specifically for brand new students who have never been on an aerial apparatus!

There are no prerequisites - this is a true beginner class open to all skill levels and bodies. No previous aerial experience required!

Students will explore foundational skills on a variety of aerial apparatuses, including fabric (hammock/sling and split silks/aerial silks) and bar apparatuses (lyra/hoop and static or dance trapeze).

You can take this class as a 5-class series (recommended) or as drop-in, single classes.
Either way, students must complete at least 5 Intro classes before moving up to the next level.
We encourage students to take as many Intro classes as needed until they feel strong and confident with the basics.

5-Class Series Option: Check the schedule above for start dates. Students attend once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.

Lyra/Trapeze Series
This 5-class series provides the foundation for aerial bar apparatuses - the lyra/hoop and static/dance trapeze.

Students will learn various ways to mount the apparatus, basic poses and transitions, short sequences, proper body alignment, and safety. Students will progress at their own pace as their strength, flexibility, coordination, and aerial vocabulary grows.

This class series will be offered again and again throughout the year with a different set of skills being covered in each series.

Prerequisites: Intro to Aerial Arts series

**This class is offered as a 5-class series. Check the schedule below for series start dates. Participants will attend class once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.**

Open Gym
Open Gym is YOUR time to explore movement and get some extra training time in.
Current students ages 13 & up are invited to attend.

In Open Gym, we...

DO:
Practice what you’ve learned in class
Get creative & experiment (safely)
Strengthening exercises
Flexibility exercises

DO NOT:
Instruct other students
Attempt to learn a new skill (by way of another student/instagram/tiktok/youtube)
Interrupt others' training time

Fabric 0Â Series
This 5-class series provides the foundation for aerial fabrics - the hammock/sling and split silks/aerial silks. After successfully completing our Intro to Aerial Arts series, students who gravitate towards aerial fabric will move on to our Fabric 0 series. It's also great for students who have taken a break from their aerial practice, and are looking to get back on the silks.
Students will learn climbs, introductory aerial skills, short sequences, proper body alignment, and safety. You’ll start low to the ground and progress at your own pace as your strength, flexibility, coordination, and aerial vocabulary grows.
This series will be offered again and again throughout the year with a different set of skills being covered in each series.
Students will take this series as many times as is needed to build the skills to move on to Fabric I. We anticipate most students will spend at least 6 months to 1 year in Fabric 0 before developing the skills, strength, and vocabulary needed to advance.
Prerequisites: Intro to Aerial Arts series
**This class is offered as a 5-class series. Check the schedule below for series start dates. Participants will attend class once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.**

Students will progress at their own pace as their strength, flexibility, coordination, and aerial vocabulary grows.
This class series will be offered again and again throughout the year with a different set of skills being covered in each series.
